Livingston
Livingston is the administration centre of West Lothian and renowned as a specialist centre for design and technology. West Lothian Council are headquartered in the town centre. Livingston is Scotland's fourth new town, with a resident population of circa 50,000 and a catchment of approximately 1.8 million within 45 minutes drive.
